Israel once again finds itself under attack and the
World Jewish Congress and Jewish communities around the
world are redoubling their efforts to support the Jewish
State. World Jewish Congress affiliate communities
continue to hold mass demonstrations and conduct diplomatic
meetings in countries across the globe.
Senior World Jewish Congress leaders from six continents
have recently visited Israel in a series of diplomatic
and humanitarian missions designed to show support and
solidarity with the people and government of Israel. These
leaders work with Israeli officials to create and execute
a strategy that musters international support for the
Jewish state around the world with governments, international
organizations, academia and the media. Help
support the WJC’s efforts now!
Fueled by state sponsors like Iran and Syria, terrorists
are waging war against Israel and the Jewish people. These
terrorists know no bounds. These terrorists attack
Israel, indiscriminately kill women and children and
target Jewish communities around the world from Turkey
to Morocco to Argentina. Simultaneously, they mount
propaganda campaigns, modern-day blood libels, depicting
Israel as an aggressor and the Jewish people as responsible
for death and destruction.
The World Jewish Congress is redoubling its efforts
in working with governments in corridors of power around
the world to garner international support for the full
and complete disarmament of terrorists that threaten
Israel… and the world. The WJC is also
leading the charge to have the entire civilized world
hold state sponsors of terrorism like Iran and Syria
accountable for their murderous actions and violent rhetoric.
With the help of the World Jewish Congress Foundation,
the WJC is working tirelessly to meet these challenges. And,
at the same time, the WJC is connecting isolated Jewish
communities scattered around the globe, helping to provide
a sense of solidarity and comfort. Please
help support the WJC’s efforts now!
Born from the Zionist movement, the World Jewish Congress
supports the state of Israel and its right to exist in
peace and security and recognizes its centrality as a
creative force in Jewish life.
